Working Principle
The working principle of the V-shaped mixer is based on the gravitational flow and diffusion mixing of the materials within the rotating container. After the equipment is started, the V-shaped cylinder rotates at a constant speed around the horizontal axis, and the materials move along with it. Due to the asymmetry of the V-shaped structure, the materials undergo continuous separation, combination and reorganization during rotation: they fall from the high points of the two cylinder arms to the center of the bottom and then mix together, and are then lifted by the cylinder body and moved to the two sides, forming a periodic process of convergence - elevation - dispersion. This repeated convection and interweaving within the three-dimensional space enables different components of the materials to achieve rapid and uniform distribution under gentle mechanical action. The entire process hardly generates intense friction or shear, and can better maintain the physical properties of the materials.
